Positioned beside the main fishing lake within the peaceful surroundings of Bulworthy Forest Lodges, Hunters Lodge offers a relaxing escape where nature, comfort and privacy come together. One of a collection of lodges set within 25 acres of woodland, the lodge is surrounded by mature trees and thoughtfully spaced from its neighbours, creating a wonderful sense of seclusion. Sleeping up to four guests across one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, it is well suited to couples, families and anglers looking to enjoy the beautiful North Devon countryside. Guests can make the most of five well-stocked coarse and carp fishing lakes on the estate or simply relax and enjoy the tranquil lakeside setting. For exploring the local area, Bideford is just 2 miles away, offering independent shops, cafés and the famous 13th-century Long Bridge. The sandy beach at Westward Ho! is approximately 5.6 miles away, while Royal North Devon Golf Club, the oldest golf course in England, is around 5 miles from the lodge. North Devon's coastline and countryside also provide excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and wildlife watching.

The living accommodation offers a comfortable and welcoming base for a relaxing self-catering stay, with a well-equipped kitchen providing everything needed for preparing meals throughout your holiday. Double glazing and central heating ensure year-round comfort, while Wi-Fi and included electricity add convenience during your stay. The lodge features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, with bed linen, duvets and towels provided and beds made up ready for arrival. A family bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower over the bath and WC. The peaceful woodland setting and attractive lake views create a calm atmosphere throughout, making it easy to unwind after a day spent exploring the surrounding area.

A gated veranda overlooks the lake, furnished with seating and providing a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air, watch wildlife around the water's edge or simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere. A Ninja electric BBQ is available for outdoor cooking and dining, while the surrounding woodland enhances the sense of tranquillity. Guests have free access to five on-site coarse and carp fishing lakes, with woodland walks throughout the estate offering further opportunities to enjoy the natural surroundings. One allocated woodland parking space is provided, and a shared metered tumble dryer is available on site.
