Inside, the lodge is arranged over two floors and features an open-plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor, creating a cosy and welcoming space to spend time together. Relax in front of the Smart TV after a day of exploring, while double glazing and central heating ensure comfort throughout the seasons. Upstairs, the double bedroom provides a peaceful place to rest and benefits from access to a balcony overlooking the woodland surroundings. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, and bed linen, duvets and towels are all provided, with the bed made up ready for your arrival. Outside, the enclosed veranda enjoys views across the lake and surrounding woodland, while a swing chair and electric BBQ provide the perfect setting for leisurely afternoons and outdoor dining. The outdoor hot tub is nestled amongst the trees, creating a tranquil spot to relax and soak in the natural surroundings. Guests can also enjoy free coarse and carp fishing across five stocked lakes on site. There is one woodland retreating space, and access to the lodge is via approximately 25 steps from the woodland retreating area, while steep cottage-style stairs connect the ground and first floors inside the lodge. A shared metered tumble dryer is available on the woodland retreat, high-speed fibre broadband is provided throughout the estate, and up to two pets are welcome. All accommodation is non-smoking.
