This bright and colourful yurt welcomes a group of six and is ideally set up for sociable days and evenings with a fantastic outdoor space and set in an idyllic and quiet spot among the rolling Devonshire countryside. Stepping inside this cosy yurt, the wood burner is the centrepiece, providing warmth whatever the weather. There is a king-size bed along with four single beds that line the edges where you can get comfortable for a restful night’s sleep or an evening tucked up reading a good book. Outside and adjacent, is a camp kitchen that is shared with the other yurts on site and has everything you need for cooking sociable meals. A private shower room and a WC is situated within a communal barn. Immediately outside is a decked area that contains a picnic bench where you can soak up the far-reaching views while sipping on an evening tipple. Beyond the deck on the lawn is further seating, a BBQ, and a fire pit, and large open spaces to enjoy. Private parking is provided for two cars.

Immediately from the site, you can explore the many walking routes that wind through the Blackdown Hills National Landscape, including the Blackborough Circular which passes varying sites. Nearby, the little village of Kentisbeare (1.5 miles) has a handy shop and a pub where you can grab a bite to eat. Further afield, you can spend a day on the coast in one of South Devon’s charming seaside towns, Sidmouth is 18 miles away, and Seaton is 22 miles.
