Take the glamping experience to a whole new level with a stay in this fantastic safari-style lodge, a holiday destination that will stay with you (and the kids) for a lifetime. Set in rural Carmarthenshire, this unique eight-person retreat is surrounded by open countryside and lies just 10 miles from the coast, unlocking all kinds of adventures to fill your days. There’s no Wi-Fi or TV in this space, inviting you to truly make the most of one another’s company through board games, great conversation and plenty of imagination. If you do need to stay connected, you’ll find Wi-Fi available at the on-site café, just a few metres away.
The solid structure and heavy-duty canvas walls of this tent-inspired chalet offer comfort and a cosy feel, keeping the elements out and the warmth locked in. The central hub of the space is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, decorated with twinkling fairy lights, wooden floorboards and ample seating for games nights or simply curling up beside the wood-burning stove. A double cabin bed can be found here too – a cosy, elevated nook separated by a curtain. Further bedrooms lead off this space, comprising a king-size room, a twin room and a bunk bedroom, all served by a shower room and an additional WC. Outside, the private garden features a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hot tub.
Set off to Newcastle Emlyn (2 miles), your local town and a gateway for adventure. This scenic market town is a highlight of the Teifi Valley, with its atmospheric 13th-century castle ruins, boutique shops and the River Teifi flowing through its heart. Follow a peaceful riverside walk to Cenarth Falls (4 miles), or venture deeper into the valley to discover more of the surrounding scenery. Head to Cardigan (10 miles) to begin exploring the coast, with Poppit Sands Beach and Mwnt Beach (both 13 miles) offering fantastic opportunities for dolphin spotting.
