This quirky glamping-style retreat enjoys a rural setting near Redberth, 5 miles from the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline. Set alongside a collection of unique holiday homes, the dome sleeps two guests with the option of a sofa bed to accommodate a further two guests if required. Enjoy days out from the site to attractions such as Colby Woodland Garden (6.5 miles) or Heatherton World of Activities (2 miles).
The stylish and well insulated geodome is located on a small glamping site, within the grounds of the owner’s farmhouse. Inside, the dark interior acts as the perfect backdrop for vibrant soft furnishings and statement pieces of furniture. Taking centre stage in the dome is a sumptuous king-size bed with plush linens for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a double sofa bed if needed. On chilly nights, fire up the wood burner to create a cosy atmosphere as you dine together at the table or watch a movie on the Smart TV. Rounding off the space is a fun, vintage-style arcade game. There’s a handy fridge within the dome, and you’ll have access to a shared kitchen for rustling up breakfasts and light bites. There’s also a shared shower room and WC on site. Outside, you’ll have a BBQ and firepit to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining on a summer’s evening. After dinner, sink into your private hot tub under the stars. Private parking is available for one car.
The colourful seaside town of Tenby is less than 5 miles away. With much of the town centre pedestrianised, it has a lovely ‘cafe culture’ vibe, with many of the eateries offering al fresco dining. Tenby has four gorgeous, sandy beaches, each with their own personality and charm. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes through the town – the 4.5-mile stretch towards Saundersfoot is particularly scenic.
