This bright and spacious dome is ideally situated in a charming holiday park. It provides a fantastic base for hikers, beach lovers, and wildlife watchers keen to discover the idyllic countryside and breathtaking beaches of a beautiful corner of Dorset. Heading west along the Jurassic Coast, the picturesque town of Lyme Regis (8.5 miles) is known for its long fossil-hunting history, and is home to the Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium, the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum, and The Town Mill. Heading back east, Bridport (6 miles) has a wide variety of amusements, pubs, and restaurants, and lies just a couple of miles from the stunning beach at West Bay. Exploring this delightful stretch of the Dorset coast and countryside further, famous landmarks include Coney’s Castle, the Symondsbury Estate, and Forde Abbey and Gardens, all within 6 miles.

The geodesic dome is set in a separate meadow field to the wider campsite alongside three other adults-only glamping units. Privacy is provided with fencing and hedging. Step inside a small welcoming hallway, which has plenty of room for leaving coats and boots before leading you into the relaxing living area. The dome benefits from large triangular windows allowing light to stream in and offering peaceful rural views. A lovely dining area is immediately in front of the windows, and there’s a cosy wood burner with snug seating over to one side. At the heart of the room is the lovely king-size bed, ideal for stargazing. The interior also features ample storage space and a WC.

Outside, the delightful raised decked space is perfect for relaxing in, offering ample seating, alongside a fire pit/BBQ, swing chair, hot tub, and a kitchenette with small fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities. Guests also have access to a shared barn which has a private allocated shower room as well as a spacious shared kitchen with a range of equipment and extra seating. You’re welcome to explore the extensive 55-acre site which has a shared games barn with a pool table and table tennis, and two deep unfenced fishing ponds – a rod licence is available from the Post Office, and a fishing pass can be bought from reception on site. Private parking is available for one car.
