Tucked away in a peaceful corner of a sunny holiday park, this bright and airy yurt makes a charming base for couples discovering Dorset’s countryside, coastal resorts and sandy beaches. Set within 55 acres of rural grounds, the site has lots of walking trails to explore, while the spectacular Jurassic Coast is within easy reach. A short flight of steps leads to the entrance, where a UPVC door opens into a cheerful, well-appointed interior. The central living area has a comfortable sofa for quiet evenings, plus useful storage, a dressing table, a small fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A king-size bed sits at the heart of the yurt, creating a cosy setting for a good night's sleep after a day exploring the Dorset countryside. Outside, the raised timber deck is set up for sociable evenings and lazy mornings, with outdoor seating, a firepit, BBQ, kitchenette and private hot tub. A shared barn a few metres away houses your allocated private shower room, along with a kitchen equipped with cooking essentials and additional seating. Guests can also make use of the games room, complete with a pool table and table tennis. The wider grounds include two deep, unfenced fishing ponds; fishing is permitted with a rod licence and fishing pass. Rod licences can be purchased from the Post Office, while fishing passes can be arranged online when booking or bought from reception. Off-road parking for one car is available beside the yurt.
