Not what it used to be used to feel very personal , now just a generic holiday booking . I was always wowed when I have been lots of times in the past . A welcome basket of milk , bread was always nice to be greeted with and the ability to light the fire that is advertised on your website . No notification prior just a cardboard note stuck in the Read morefire saying do not use dangerous installation . Doesnt look great for a five star property . Also we only had our bins emptied as we asked , and once we asked we were told that we had been forgotten about as no one had realised we were staying for 2 weeks not one . Its a lovely location the beach and village is amazing still , and the lodge itself is nice just has lost the magical touches it had . I know they have been refurbished but it misses the sparkle it once had . Hide
