Charming little shepards hut in a fantastic and beautiful location. Not private as the advert suggests, there are five huts in total in close proximity and this one overlooks the carpark if you're in the hottub. Loved being surrounded by sheep in a peaceful, quiet setting. You're close to popular walks and amenities, great for a short break away.

We had a magical stay in this beautiful location. A couple of equipment problems were solved very quickly by owners. The hot tub certainly eased aching limbs after a day hiking on the stunning fells. Sheep share the field with the hut and one of the sheep dogs who could smell fried bacon from a mile away visited us, but made no attempt to enter theRead more hut. We found this added to our experience!! Hide

Great attention to detail. Flowers, procesco on arrival. Top end toiletries. All requests catered for plus sharing of local knowledge. Bed was pretty high - not a problem for us but maybe for others. Perhaps a little folding step would remove that potential issue. Simply the best shepherd huts we've been to by a country mile
