Country style meets homely comfort in this inviting pod, hand-crafted with a distinctive, curvy shape. Take one step up to your sheltered front porch and then enter the open-plan space. At the front is a single bed and a sofa (which can convert into a sofa bed), facing the Smart TV. Tucked in a little nook at the back is a welcoming double bed, with one side against the wall. Cooking is simple in the kitchenette, which includes a two-ring hob and a microwave, and when you’re ready to eat there’s a small, farmhouse-style dining table. A refreshing shower room with a WC completes the interior. Enjoy meals in the fresh air on your patio, which has a picnic table and a BBQ and is open to the shared lawn, or gather beneath the shared, covered seating area with its pizza oven. Freezer storage and a larger BBQ are available on site, as well as an honesty shop and private parking for two cars.
This is a great base for getting out and about in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and even the Peak District National Park, which is just 10 miles from your door. Stroll to the villages of Rocester and Denstone, both less than 2 miles away, or enjoy a day trip to The Children’s Country House at Sudbury (10 miles). For a more active day out, Carsington Water (13 miles) is great for hiking, running and cycling, and has a water sports centre, too.
