Riverside strolls, sandy beaches and water sports await with a stay at this stylish single-storey lodge close to the shores of the Camel Estuary. Located just 2.5 miles from the chic coastal village of Rock in a landscaped holiday park, it’s an ideal base for a family or group of friends wishing to explore North Cornwall. From nights under the stars in the hot tub to three en-suite shower rooms, there are some fantastic features that make your stay extra special. And if you’re visiting between April and October, you’ll also have use of the shared indoor swimming pool if you fancy a dip.

Decorated in soft, neutral tones, the generous open-plan living space is made for spending quality time together. Chill a bottle in the wine cooler and gather around the dining table for sociable dinners prepared in the gleaming kitchen, or perch at the breakfast bar for more casual bites. On warm days, throw open the glass doors and spill out onto the decked area to enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living. When you’re looking for entertainment, get settled on the sofas and flick through the Smart TV or head to the shared games room for a friendly competition. All three bedrooms come with en-suite shower rooms, giving everyone added privacy and avoiding the morning bathroom rush.

There’s no shortage of activities nearby, whether you want to picnic at secluded Porthilly Cove, 3 miles away, or paddleboard in the crystal-clear waters of Rock Beach (4.5 miles). From Rock, hop aboard the Black Tor ferry and cross the Camel Estuary to Padstow, famous for its picture-postcard harbour and celebrity-chef seafood restaurants. At Wadebridge (3.5 miles), you can hire bikes and follow the Camel Trail for almost 6 miles to Bodmin, taking in wonderful scenery as you go.

A wonderful quiet location with views of the creek and surrounding countryside. Matt was very welcoming and showed us to our lodge on arrival. The beautifully presented accommodation was clean and spacious with everything you would need with the added bonus of a hot tub on the decking. It was only a short drive to stunning beaches and coastal walRead moreks, we would recommend taking the ferry from Rock to Padstow as the drive to Padstow is approx 40 mins. Hide

We had a lovely stay on the hottest late Spring bank holiday on record. Having an ensuite for every bedroom was a real bonus. Apart from one morning when we were awoken by loud machinery and noise from a site next door, it was very peaceful.

The lodge was perfect, everything we needed was to hand. The welcome pack was a lovely feature. The lodge was immaculately clean and bright. Just to finish off our experience at Dinham Creek Lodge there was the hot tub which was brilliant. Would definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay. Very tidy cottage as well as the park itself is extremely well kept. As long as you are prepared for the sometimes narrow roads in Cornwall, you will have a wonderful time at Dinham Creek!

Had a great family long weekend. I am disabled so all on one level was great. The location was lovely and only a short drive to numerous places of interest. The ensuite to each bedroom was good. I would highly recommend.

Great to have three bedrooms of equal size, all with identical bathrooms. Nice views and decking area with comfy outdoor furniture. The lighting in the sitting room is overhead and a little too harsh. A standard lamp or table lamp would make a big difference. We found the beds to be comfortable. The property was clean and welcoming.
