This cosy single-storey lodge on a development in a sought-after village on North Norfolk Coast is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a seaside getaway with good food and shopping on their doorstep. The idyllic Georgian village of Burham Market is home to an array of boutique shops, excellent delicatessens, bakeries and award-winning restaurants (less than 0.5 miles). In addition to the amenities in the village, there is the impressive Scolt Head Nature Reserve 4 miles away and a large number of serene beaches – such as Holkham Beach (5.5 miles) and Brancaster Beach (6 miles).

The open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner is a bright space with a sleek design. The kitchen area has a boldly coloured fitted kitchen with contemporary lighting and a breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the wooden dining table and chairs to seat six for enjoying special home-cooked meals. On the other side of the room is a feature wall with a Smart TV and an enclosed gas fire, surrounded by two sofas and an armchair. There are three bedrooms in this home-away-from-home. The master bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. Inside the second bedroom, there is also a double bed and a Smart TV. The third bedroom is perfect for two children and offers twin beds. If you’re in need of a rejuvenating bubble bath, the family bathroom boasts an oval, free-standing bath as well as a shower cubicle and WC. A separate WC can be found in the cloakroom.

Climb down a small set of steps to reach the patio area where you’ll find some garden furniture for dining alfresco with your guests. In addition to this private space, there’s also a well-manicured garden which is shared with the neighbouring properties.

Ideally situated to explore the coastline and nearby beaches Cabin is very cosy and comfortable in a quiet location We were disappointed not to have use of hot tub for price we paid The hidden en-suite bathroom is wonderfully spacious

Great location and the site is very clean. Pub, garage and 2 takeaways within 2 minute walk. Lodge was immaculately clean and set up very well

Lovely lodge, situated perfectly in Burnham Market. Good pubs & restaurants in easy walking distance. Lots of walks close by, along with Holkham Hall, Wells and other stunning villages.

Well sited, practical modern bungalow home in very good condition, convenient for unusually good town shops and facilities such as a nearby play area, close to beautiful coast and countryside of north west Norfolk. Beautiful lodge in the heart of Burnham Market. It is spacious and beautifully designed, a treat to stay in for a holiday. It is set in grounds with a number of other lodges, but they all have so much space around them, and beautiful landscaped gardens - you are not overlooked. Lovely west facing property perfect to catch the afternoon sun. Quiet location close to Burnham Market and easy to get to all the nearby villages. It was perfect for our needs. Weve been to the area 3 times before and this was our favourite place we stayed.
