On arrival the property looked lovely, when entering the property you could see that it hadnt been cleaned to a good standard, the two main bedroom carpets were heavily stained, the ensuite bathroom had a lot of mould around the bottom of the shower tray, one of the sinks in the ensuite was also leaking, there was no toilet rolls provided in any of tRead morehe bathrooms, the fire place was a lovely feature but sadly didnt work, the hot tub in the garden was half empty and full of seriously dirty green water, the whole back garden had been treated with an excessive amount of ant powder which was a huge problem for us as we had taken our two dogs with us, would be nice if they had a gate on the back garden so you can secure the dogs from the road, fans are definitely needed in the property as well as a parasol in the back garden for some shade, also all tv remotes had dead batteries in them so we had to buy 3 sets to replace. This was a well positioned base for us. Cottage was spotless and had lots of space for us. We would echo other comments about quantity of glassware and lack of hot tub use but otherwise we thought this was good value for money break. Lovely accommodation in nice surroundings in a good area for local amenities and dog walks. Ideal for our multi generational holiday. More glasses and china needed, but we managed. Would be nice if the hot tub was in use for price paid. In all though, we enjoyed a lovely family holiday at Briargate 35

No fans on offer in the property - air conditioning is not expected but fans should be offered as a standard particularly in summer There was no way to open the windows and keep the property secure that made it incredibly hot at night The cleaning staff were requested to return as cleaning was insufficient and there was no significant improvementRead more A luxurious space with poor attention to detail Hide

The development has the vibe of a half finished trailer park. Surprised they would even allow something like that in a place like Burnham Mkt

Though some minor improvements would be helpful, the property was excellent for our requirements. The site was well located and very quiet.
