This modern, two-bedroom lodge is located on a working livestock farm in the heart of Somerset, enjoying beautiful countryside views stretching towards Glastonbury Tor. Designed with couples, friends and small families in mind, it accommodates up to four guests in comfortable, versatile surroundings. The single-storey lodge offers step-free access throughout and benefits from a private sunken hot tub, making it an ideal base for exploring Somerset's historic attractions, market towns and scenic landscapes.

A spacious open-plan living area combines comfortable seating with a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, creating a welcoming hub for socialising and relaxing. Large windows make the most of the rural views, while Wi-Fi, a Freeview TV with built-in DVD player and a Bluetooth sound system provide entertainment during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine for added convenience. The double bedroom features an en-suite shower room with WC and grab rails for additional accessibility, while the second bedroom offers zip-and-link twin beds that can be arranged as a super-king-size bed by prior arrangement and for an additional charge. A separate family bathroom includes a bath with shower over and a WC.

Outside, a non-slip ramp leads from the private parking area for two cars to the decked area at the front of the lodge, where outdoor furniture provides the perfect place to relax and admire the far-reaching countryside views. A private sunken hot tub with a grab rail offers a luxurious spot to unwind, while the surrounding lawned grounds provide additional outdoor space.

Guests can purchase farm produce and locally made cheese on site, and may have the opportunity to join guided afternoon animal-feeding sessions, subject to availability. Traditional country pubs, including The Quarry Inn and Cross Keys Inn, can be found nearby. Wheathill Golf Club, with its 18-hole course and driving range, is just 2 miles away. Wells Cathedral and the city's popular outdoor markets are 15 miles away, while Wookey Hole Caves are 17 miles from the lodge. Other attractions within easy reach include the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Clarks Village in Street, Harry's Cider Farm and the weekly markets held in Wells, Street and Castle Cary
