Step through the door and into a sleek, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Large floor-to-ceiling doors and windows flood the space with light and make the most of the beautiful views. The colourful kitchen has all the useful equipment you will need to prepare and cook delicious meals – along with a handy breakfast bar for eating at. Adjacent is a living area which contains a sumptuous sofa and a Smart TV, so you can curl up on chilly nights and watch a film. When you are ready for some shuteye, the chic super-king-size bedroom provides a restful space for sleep. Completing the interior is a stylish shower room. Outside, the decked area has furniture and takes in views towards Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran, and boasts its own private hot tub. Just beyond this is a picnic area on the lawn with a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. Private parking for two cars is provided.
Sitatued in a secluded spot, there are plenty of walking routes available from the lodge that wind through the countryside through woodlands and farms. Take a walk to the wee Cleeves Cove (1 mile), some small caves with a waterfall. The pleasant town of Dalry (3 miles) has a few shops and pubs and is home to Lynn Falls Nature Reserve. Pack up a picnic and head to the coast, visiting the scenic Seamill Beach (13 miles) which has uninterrupted views across the Firth of Clyde towards the Isle of Arran.
