We loved this place. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Also, surprisingly private being screened by bushes in the garden from neighbouring chalets. The decor was very pleasantly coordinated with nice touches such as numerous flower arrangements. The welcome pack of goodies was much appreciated. The hot tub was a great hit with my grandcRead morehildren. It was used everyday with squeals of delight. The bird feeder near the lounge window was great. You certainly have a wider variety of birds than we get in Derby. The location was excellent being so near the lovely beach. This is a very picturesque area with the estuary and a backdrop of mountains. We appreciated the garden furniture situated in various locations on the verandah and garden. The buckets and spades were used but a few indoor games would have been good to keep the children occupied. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with plenty of things to do in the area. The Bainloch Deer Park, next door to the chalet site was the best. We hope to return to this area again. Hide

Definitely feel it is the best positioned lodge on site. Loved watching the rabbits and wild birds from the balcony and hot tub. Beach is only 3mins away and an amazing deer park next door. We had an amazing much needed break. We will be returning and looking to stay for a longer period and have already been recommending to other family members.
