We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Holly Lodge. It was very luxurious and comfortable and set in a very scenic location. The owner communicated with us before we arrived regarding accessing the property and also whilst we were staying there about local road closures. Holly Lodge had everything we needed. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The hRead moreot tub was very welcome after a days walking. Holly Lodge is one of two identical properties. The owners have ensured a most comfortable stay. Beautiful lodge, well presented, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Remote location meant it was peaceful, a welcome respite from the usual traffic noise and sirens. We sampled the food at the Banc pub in Knighton, about 10 mins drive, good food and great portions. The Farm Food centre at Ludlow is wonderful, great selection of fresh food and Read morethe distillery was a definite plus. Hide

We had a really lovely stay, everything was so clean and laid out. Weve had a few bad experiences with these kind of properties via Sykes, so we decided to try a different website. The property was exactly as it was listed so we were chuffed to finally find exactly what we were looking for. We used the hot tub every night which always smelt clean aRead morend held its temperature. I didnt meet the owner as there was no need for us to make contact during our stay, I spoke to her before we arrived and when we departed and she responded quickly, she was also very friendly (which weve struggled with at past properties). Our stay was 10/10 and we look forward to returning one day, we both felt so refreshed and relaxed when we left, which is exactly what we both needed, thank you Laura. Hide

Beautiful lodge, had everything you could need for relaxing stay. Towels provided for your stay including hot tub which was an added bonus and beds very comfy we slept exceptionally well. We had an Indian takeaway on our last night from Saffron in Knighton and I must say it was delicious and nice after a day out exploring.

We had a wonderful holiday at the lodge, it was so clean and tidy and felt comfortable to relax in. My two little girls loved the lodge as well as the garden around the lodge. Scenery was picturesque. Was a really enjoyable holiday all round. Thank you would absolutely recommend and be back.

Lovely cottage / lodge in a nice quiet location. Enjoyed exploring the local area and going for walks. Would most definitely recommend and wouldnt hesitate to book again. Perfect getaway for us as a couple looking to escape for a few days.

A fantastic , relaxing stay at Holly Lodge . The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed , from shot glasses to egg cups . The hot tub was a lovely addition and the children loved watching the stars at night , and highlight was sittting in the hot tub whilst the snow fell around us . We stayed over Christmas, arriving on Christmas eve. The place was beautifully clean and it was decorated for Christmas and the table had crackers on which was a lovely touch. The hot tub was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay

We stayed in Holly lodge as a family of three and found it to be very clean, well equipped and private. The lodge is well presented inside and out. Had a fantastic break at this cottage. Laura was clear with the communications, no issues finding the cottage. Hot tub, the quietness of the area allows you to sit back and relax. There is more than enough space out front to spend time with the kids. You are a few minutes out from town by car and is central enough for traveling around to the differRead moreent attractions in a day. We enjoyed a lovely few days in Holly Lodge, the lodge was spotless with everything we needed, I loved the inclusion of hand wash, hand towels, washing up liquid etc, signs of a thoughtful host. It was cold during our stay, yet the lodge was toasty warm. The only thing that would have improved our break would have been a clear sky for hot tub star Read moregazing but we cant expect that to be included. All in all a great place - would definitely recommend. Hide
