Whether you're planning scenic walks, days on the golf course or fishing on Loch Earn, this inviting retreat offers a spacious, sociable and comfortable setting for couples and small families exploring the Southern Highlands. After adventures in the fresh air, you can unwind beside the wood burner or bask in the hot tub and enjoy views over the loch.
Follow the steps, the path and then two further steps to the front door of the detached, single-storey property. From the vestibule, head into the impressive, open-plan living space, which boasts a high ceiling and a wood burner that fills the room with a warming glow on cooler days. Comfortable seating is positioned for relaxing together, whether chatting, reading or watching the Smart TV. The spacious dining table has room for everyone to gather, while the kitchen offers generous storage and preparation space, with a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy. Two inviting en-suite bedrooms, both with ample storage and Smart TVs, provide your sleeping accommodation. The super-king-size room can be converted to a twin if requested in advance, and has a useful laundry area within its shower room. The raised terrace enjoys lovely views across the loch from its private hot tub, perfect after a day outdoors. There are also several al fresco seating areas and a charcoal BBQ. Off-road parking is provided for two cars.
The lodge is in the charming lakeside village of St Fillans, where you’ll find a choice of pubs and places to eat, as well as golf and trout fishing. From here you can explore Loch Earn, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. You’re just 12 miles from the historic town of Crieff, home to annual Highland games, while the spectacular Drummond Castle Gardens are 15 miles away.
