Ideal for horse riders, this welcoming lodge is set on a working farm and equestrian property in peaceful countryside. In a great location to explore the bridleways and beaches of North Wales, it boasts both a wood burner and a hot tub, and accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms.
Follow two steps up to the front door of this rustic-style log cabin, which has a vaulted ceiling and timber walls in its open-plan interior. Cosy seating is arranged around the wood burner and Freeview TV, while French doors, which open to the decking, allow natural light to stream inside. The adjoining dining table sits beside a modern kitchen with ample room for preparing family meals, and includes a useful dishwasher. A separate utility provides convenient laundry facilities. Two handsome bedrooms, each with a Freeview TV, share a modern shower room. A covered veranda with seating and a rocking chair overlooks the enclosed, lawned garden (one step down), where a BBQ and private hot tub enjoy views across the equestrian training fields. Private parking is available for two cars. Stabling and a training arena are available to guests (additional charge) by arrangement.
Explore the nearby countryside on horseback, on foot or by bike, pack fishing rods or bring golf clubs and enjoy a round or two. You can reach the coast in just 5 miles, while the Victorian seaside town of Colywn Bay is 12 miles away. In St Asaph (4 miles) you’ll discover a majestic cathedral, while in Abergele (6 miles) there are shops, pubs and places to eat.
