We wanted a lovely cosy lodge to relax in after a stressful time, in a beautiful setting, and for for our wedding anniversary. We got more than that, stunning views and location, a beautiful and cosy lodge with everything we needed from hairdryer to washer/dryer. The hot tub was perfect and we took opportunity when we could to relax in it. LikewiRead morese we used the sauna a few times also. Perfect location for exploring Argyll and other Lochs. Water sports and woodland walks literally on the doorstep. Would love to stay here again. Oh and the tasty scones left for us were much welcomed! Hide

Nice traditional style log cabin, great location with plenty of space and all the kitchen basics that you need. Unfortunately the inn next door has been shut down for some time but would recommend the cafe at Benmore Botanic Gardens for lunch.

Boasting a hot tub, jacuzzi bath and sauna, we expected a degree of luxury. Sadly it did not deliver. The location is lovely however the lodge needs some TLC. The deck steps are rotting, the outdoor furniture very wobbly, parasol broken. Inside there's a lack or storage 2nd wardrobe being used to house ironing board, hoover etc. Shelf missing in thRead moree kitchen cupboard, microwave rusty inside. doors all difficult to close. No WiFi, no parking adjacent as described plus lots of other niggles Hide

Nice quiet location for a restful break. Actual lodge is a bit tired, but has all one requires. Parking can be a bit of an issue, with no parking out side the lodge. Pity that the pub next door is closed. Now requires a three mile drive for a meal.
