Make your way up four steps to the deck that wraps around this inviting bolthole. Amble inside to find yourselves in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Sink back into one of the soft sofas as you watch the Smart TV or make plans for the following day. Open the French doors so you can step out easily into the fresh air. Find the modern kitchen has been well designed with your self-catering in mind and that there is an elegant table close by where you can dine in style. As each day draws to a close, stroll through to the bedrooms for a great night’s sleep. Here you have a king-size, with an en-suite shower room, and a twin with sole use of the family shower room. Sit down to summer lunches out in the sunshine and relax on the deck with a wee dram of amber nectar as the twinkling stars begin to appear. There is private parking for two cars. In addition to the restaurant and spa, a children’s play area and adventure golf are also within the site.
Wander the footpaths around the nearby Cameron Reservoir. Craigtoun Country Park, 5 miles away, is a lovely place to spend an afternoon. Golf enthusiasts can choose between an array of places to play, including the renowned Old Course, 4.5 miles away. Beautiful West Sands Beach is about the same distance from the lodge.
