Perched in an elevated hillside position above Woolacombe, this unique Airstream retreat looks towards the sweeping North Devon coastline. There’s a private hot tub for a sumptuous soak, and a coastal footpath places the beach within walking distance.

This iconic Airstream Argosy has been thoughtfully converted into a stylish, all-season bolthole with bespoke interiors and central heating, set within the grounds of another holiday property yet retaining its own sense of privacy. Access is via an approximate 100-metre sloping path from the parking area, with a trolley provided for luggage. Inside, discover a cleverly designed lounge, kitchen and dining area where full advantage has been taken of the far-reaching views over Woolacombe Bay. A handcrafted wooden dining table sits beside the window, creating a striking vantage point for watching the weather roll across the sea or watching the Smart TV. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, a microwave, and a coffee machine, all neatly integrated into wooden cabinetry. To the rear, there is a compact double bedroom alongside a shower room, both designed to make efficient use of the layout while maintaining comfort. Outside, the decking extends the living area into the open air, with outdoor seating positioned to take in the coastal outlook. A private hot tub sits on the deck, particularly atmospheric after dark when the stars appear overhead. A nearby shed is great for storing wetsuits, and parking for two cars is located approximately 100 metres away at the top of the path.

Woolacombe itself is known for its expansive three-mile sandy shoreline, popular with families and surfers alike, with lessons available locally for those keen to take to the waves. The village also has a range of eateries and independent shops, while further along the coast are the beaches of Croyde (5 miles) and Saunton Sands (6.5 miles). The Victorian harbour town of Ilfracombe lies 6 miles away, offering galleries, harbourside dining and boat trips. Nearby woodland at Lee Woods and Spreacombe Woods, along with surrounding cycle routes, make this an excellent base for walkers and mountain bikers too.

Lovely location, hot tub was great, beautiful view, however there were a number of issues I felt let it down. - the tables and chairs outside in the advert were different and not as good - the curtains need fixing, very annoying to open and close - the sign was tiny for the airstream, the sign for Highlands worked well - there was no trolley foRead morer luggage as mentioned - it mentions a complex in the ad, no idea what that is in reference to - coffee machine but no coffee provided - the front door doesnt close properly - lots of cables all sticking out around the tv - shed to dry the wetsuit, full of crap and cobwebs and no where to hang a wetsuit - the dining table is way too big for the space, its a lovely table but takes up way too much space - bedroom cupboard held shut by a piece of cardboard, otherwise the light stays on all night - the fridge/freezer smells disgusting Overall, the place needs some money spending on it, all the little details let it down. Again, lovely location, amazing views, just needs some TLC Hide

This is a quirky and fun caravan on the edge of Woolacombe which has an amazing beach and some fab locations to eat. We stayed over a weekend of gale force winds and driving rain which unfortunately highlighted that the Airstream is very draughty and needs some TLC for it to be fully appreciated.

Beautiful views out to sea, from high up the hillside. Lovely to have the hot tub. Characterful accommodation perfect for 2. Well equipped with cooking equipment, wifi, masses of hot water. A very disappointing choice of venue. Marketed as four star but clearly not, Care and a little investment would make this really pleasant . We left two days early as Id had enough of slumming it , could have stayed in the lovely hotel in town for very little more. Cleanliness and maintenance is little to ask when paying these prices.

Lovely location, very quirky airstream. Few problems such as not being clean on arrival and having to sit outside for 2 hours waiting for a cleaner. Running out of gas and not having the tool there to change the canister. So all in all a beautiful location and airstream but needs more care and attention from owner when it comes to these issues

We loved the Airstream! As seasoned tent campers, staying in the Airstream was a luxury, with the hot tub a real joy and used ever night. We had an issue with the water level in the tub, but easily able to make contact with the owner who responded very quickly and provided reassurance and the necessary info to get it sorted. The airstream is every bit as quirky as it looks in the pictures. The set up is perfect, cosy & comfortable & the indoor lighting options makes the place look magical in the evenings. The view from the deck is gorgeous and the location was the perfect mix of quiet but close enough to the nearest town for convenience. Loved every minute of my stay.

Really nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The weather was terrible so we couldn't enjoy the hot tub, but the sound of heavy rain at night on a metal roof was amazing! I saw some reviews mentioned the size of the bathroom, and I can only assume those people are unaware of what a caravan actually is...? The bathroom is fine, and everything woRead morerks, with all the kitchen equipment stowed neatly, and the bedroom is cosy at night and we had a really nice stay. Hide
