A really lovely place to stay. The owner goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The beds are probably the comfiest of any holiday cottage we've stayed in. The house has everything you could want and the huge garden is fabulous for nature lovers. Lots of interesting places to visit within an hour's drive. Wish we were still there!

We stayed at the Lower Manor Lodge for two weeks. The children loved the direct access to nature, the goats, chickens, and our nightly visitors. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The facilities leave nothing to be desired, and the owner is quick and uncomplicated to help. We ll come back!

This was my second visit and I will be going again next year. The lodge has everything you need - large excellent kitchen and dining room, a 68 inch tv with all sky sports (no need to miss important matches when you are away!). But most important is the extensive grounds and woods where your dogs can roam safely entertained by goats, chickens, squiRead morerrels and birds and the occasional deer. And the owner who lives nearby is a charming. Hide
