The lodges are in a lovely quiet location and each one is fairly secluded depending on their position so you don't feel like you're sharing your holiday with your neighbours. The lodges were surprisingly well equipped, even down to a selection of board games, with instruction manuals for all of them and things like washing pods and dishwasher tableRead morets being available to use was a much appreciated touch. My one criticism would be that the shower above the bath was awkward to climb into and didn't fit with the high spec feel of the lodge. Hide

We are just back from a lovely stay at the Orwell Lodge which was spacious and comfortable for our family group of 3 adults and 1dog. Good location and easy to reach places of interest and to walk our dog. Downside was the two sun loungers were rusty, old and broken so unusable and the continuous influx of flies everyday when we had the doors and wRead moreindows open, daily as it was a very hot week, was frustrating at times! That said; would definitely recommend the place and stay again but maybe in the spring or Autumn when it is less hot for the dog as well as ourselves! Hide

Needs more detailed arrival instructions. Also a thorough check that everything is in working order between guests would not go amis. The garden area is NOT enclosed

The location of the lodge is lovely, made even nicer by the brilliant bi-fold doors. Even with all other lodges being used, we did not feel overlooked. Lovely little country walks near the entrance. The hot tub is, of course, a fantastic addition to the place.

What a fantastic property offering everything you need and more. Little extras such as picnic mats provided, coffee and milk too to make everything that little bit easier. Grounds are lovely and the hot tub brilliant. Recommend to friends already and seek to return ourselves

What a wonderful lodge! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made good use of the lovely hot tub. There are great walks from the back of the lodges too, so it was good for the dog. It was great to have a warm outside tap to hose the dog off. Having a washing machine and dishwasher just made life easier. We would definitely recommend the lodge.
