The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and diner is a light and airy space where you can relax on the deep, pillowy sofa and watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen area provides ample space for preparing family meals, which can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table. When it’s time to rest, you’ll find two tastefully furnished bedrooms: a master double and a flexible twin room which can be made into a king-size on request. A stylish family shower room completes the interior. Outside, the raised decking is the perfect spot for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ and seating, offering uninterrupted rural views. Ho! beach (1 mile) offers a fantastic day out with its amusement arcades, playground, and traditional fish and chip shop. At the far end of the beach, you'll find Northam Burrows Country Park, a wonderful place for a walk with four-legged friends or for exploring the sand dunes. For any golf enthusiasts in your group, the Royal North Devon Golf Course is also located here and welcomes visitors for a round.
