Yet another excellent family break. Place is spotless all the extras were there. Beds were very comfortable and the curtains everywhere were thicker and kept the light out. An ideal base for visiting all the local Northumberland attractions. Our 3rd visit and won't be our last. Looking forward to 2027

Guinea Fowl Cottage was a great place for us to take the Grandchildren for a week, with its array of animals and Poultry, super, well equipped play area and its ultra close proximity to beautiful sandy beaches . They absolutely loved it and so did we. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The entrance hallway wood flooring moved as you walked across it and could have pinched a childs bare foot between the planks.

This was our first visit to Link House Farm and we weren't disappointed. Guinea Fowl Cottage was very clean, comfortable and has such a well equipped kitchen. The welcom pack was most welcome. We hadnt realised just how close to the beach the property is, just amazing. The peacocks certainly kept us entertained throughout our stay
