The hut is traditionally styled on the outside, with a barrel-shaped roof, corrugated-iron cladding and three steps up to the doors. Inside, the open-plan space is bright and well designed, with a compact, king-size bedroom at the far end, a tranquil space in which to wake up and sip a coffee while admiring the gorgeous views. The central section of the hut is devoted to a lounge area, where a comfortable sofa provides a relaxing place to unwind before the crackling wood burner. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge with ice box – everything you’ll need for preparing simple meals. An en-suite shower room with WC completes the accommodation. The south-facing garden enjoys uninterrupted countryside views and includes space to dine or enjoy an evening drink outdoors as well as a 'grill and chill' area, with a BBQ and covered seating. Private parking for one car is provided.

In the lovely market town of Reepham itself you’ll find a choice of shops, pubs and places to eat, while the historic city of Norwich is only 13.5 miles away. For strolls in beautiful countryside, head to Sparham Pools Nature Reserve or Foxley Wood (both within 4 miles). The beaches of Cromer and Sheringham are within 20 miles.
