Head from your door for a stroll on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, starting at the sheltered beach at Nolton Haven (1.5 miles) and hiking to Druidstone (2 miles) for a treat from the bakery. Broadhaven (3 miles) is one of the best beaches for trying out a range of water sports, followed by some fish and chips. For a change of scene, St Davids, the UK’s smallest city, is just 12 miles away, where you can visit the 12th-century cathedral, Bishop’s Palace and Oriel Y Parc Gallery.
