This holiday home offers immediate access to tranquil countryside walks and lies just a mile from the South Devon National Landscape. The charming and quirky town of Totnes is a must visit and is only 5 miles away. The seaside towns of Brixham, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are all within 17 miles; perfect for sampling freshly caught seafood and exploring independent shops, galleries, and cafés. Venture a mile north to enter Dartmoor National Park, where you can explore unparalleled walking and cycling routes through dramatic landscapes. Nearby attractions include the family-friendly Pennywell Farm (4 miles), Haldon Forest (22 miles), and South Devon Railway (7 miles). Culture and history enthusiasts will appreciate trips to Exeter (29 miles), with its magnificent cathedral, and Plymouth (18 miles).

Step inside this beautiful lodge and into the hallway with practical areas to pop all of your gear after a day out exploring. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/ diner is great for socialising and has a Smart TV and lovely views. This brilliantly flexible and sociable space includes ample room to relax and dine. The well-appointed kitchen boasts all the essentials required for a self-catering stay, plus a utility area is home to a washing machine. There are two bedrooms in the lodge, one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and one set up as a twin. Completing the layout is a family bathroom.

Outside you have a fantastic wrap around deck to sit out and enjoy the stars in this wonderfully peaceful park. There is seating to enjoy meals al fresco and really listen to the sound of nature all around you.

Excellent lodge in a beautiful location. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Views of the moor. It is in an isolated position and a car is a must. Very narrow roads so you cannot walk anywhere other than around the site. We had a restful week away exploring beautiful south Devon.

Beautiful lodge everything was perfect lovely decor so comfortable beautiful scenery peaceful relaxing would recommend to anyone that wants a quiet relaxing holiday
