On arrival, step inside and pop your outdoor gear and shoes in the handy utility room before entering the heart of the home. This bright open-plan area has vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows at each end, making it incredibly light and airy. The space is divided into two, with a modern kitchen-diner on one side and a cosy lounge on the other – the two divided by a cosy wood burner. A Smart TV and a thoughtfully curated selection of books and games ensure entertainment for all ages. Bi-fold doors lead out to a partially enclosed patio so you can blend indoor and outdoor living in good weather. Moving out of the lounge, three lovely bedrooms await, starting with a king-size with a sliding door to an en-suite shower room with WC. The second features a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be converted into twins on request. The third is a twin room with a pull-out trundle bed that’s ideal for an additional child. A stylish family shower room completes the interior.
Outside, the decked area is equipped with a garden table and seating, a lovely spot for sunny breakfasts and al fresco evenings. The visiting birds are a delight. While exploring the grounds, please remember to keep dogs on a lead. Private parking is available for two cars.
