The cottage is in a perfect location for access to Cromer and a really lovely setting next to the woods. The cottage is beautifully finished and the owners have thought of absolutely everything that could be needed to make the stay comfortable. Overall, a really lovely and welcoming place to stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We loved our holiday at Robin's Rest. The location is fantastic for exploring North Norfolk. It was so quiet yet near enough to Cromer so we could walk in, it was also lovely having direct access to the Felbrigg Estate. Inside the house is super comfortable, clean and well equipped. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

We stayed for a week and wished it could have been two. The place was spotlessly clean, equipped to a high standard and was so quiet. Balcony was perfect for a morning coffee and hot tub ready for an afternoon dip. We wouldnt hesitate in recommending this place to others and are already trying to plan when we can return.

This was a beautiful house, we loved the location. Holt is a good village to visit and enjoy a bite to eat. We did the Sheringham park run which was a challenging but enjoyable course with a beautiful view of the sea. Cromer has a great fish and chip shop plus a chance to do a coastal walk. The hot tub was very much welcomed and sitting in itRead more and looking up at the stars and seeing the woodlands was totally relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and we are hoping to revisit at some point. Hide

Wow, this place is amazing, it was so homely and comfortable, we didn't really explore the area as we were only there for 2 nights & just wanted a relaxing break which we certainly had. Everything you needed was provided and communication with the owners was brilliant. The accomodation is of high spec and we can't wait to visit again.

We have just returned from a week at Robins Rest (2 adults and two kids, 6 & 8). The property is beautiful, spacious and the owners have thought of absolutely everything, it was so well equipped. The hot tub is larger than others we have used and was a real treat after walks in the woods and along the sea front. It was peaceful and the beds are so Read morecomfortable. I would highly recommend this place as a base for visiting Cromer, Sheringham and the surrounding areas. Thank you for a really lovely half term break. Hide

The premises were immaculate and in an excellent location for exploring this part of Norfolk. Although the address includes the word "Farm" it is a non-working farm so no noise, no smells.

An exceptional property with stylish decor and furntiure thoroughout. Bedrooms are huge with super king size beds and large en-suite walk-in shower rooms. A private gate gives access to hundreds of acres of parkland and many footpaths. Cromer is only a short drive away or a pleasant walk along Weavers Way footpath
