Beautifully secluded and immaculately clean. Very welcoming host and everything had been thought of and considered to make an extremely comfortable and relaxing break. Would 100% recommend and will be returning myself sometime soon.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. Spotless and well decorated! The hosts were super helpful, with detailed directions and photos of were to park, and then printed out information when we arrived. The perfect place to relax - thank you!

We stayed here for three nights and what a fab time it was! The hut its self is well equipped and even has thoughtful touches such as robes/slippers/blankets/snacks with give a personal touch. Not forgetting the lovely decor inside!! Plenty of logs provided to keep the fire and hot tub going also. Perfect location to see the sunsets too! Really lovely hut, had all we needed for a break away as a couple. Hot tub took about 2.5hrs to heat up so plan ahead. Cozy inside and we didn't use the log burner because of that. Away from everything to just relax and reset.

A must visit escape. Simple unwind in a beautiful setting. Enjoy the countryside vibes and a lovely walk through the forest to the local pub. We spent the weekend having a great time. Firing up the hottub and generally enjoying the peace and quiet. It went far to fast. Could have done another few days here.

Had a great few days here. Relaxing and taking in the view. Excellent amenities and special little touches added to making the stay even more special. Made full use of the hot tub. Didn't get to see the resident owl, but did see a couple of deer in the field below. Look forward to returning.

Absolutely perfect! The place is a little haven away from all the chaos of life. We had the best, most relaxing time even if the weather wasn't ideal to use the hot tub much! Honestly the best way to spend some quality time with someone.

This was definitely one of the best 2 day getaways Ive ever had the Shepard's hut ! It had everything you could think of and more , we was given fresh milk and eggs There has thought of everything ev even down to flip-flops to go outside in to the hot tub in.
