This delightful glamping pod offers couples and small families the perfect countryside retreat in beautiful Derbyshire. The combination of comfortable accommodation, private hot tub, and idyllic setting makes this an ideal escape for those seeking to reconnect with nature without compromising on comfort.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed open-plan living space featuring a kitchen with microwave grill, two-ring hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, alongside an inviting dining area perfect for enjoying meals together. The main living area houses a comfortable double bed, while a set of bunk beds sits behind the partition wall, sleeping up to four guests. A sofa bed provides additional space, though bedding isn't supplied for this. The shower room includes a powerful shower and WC for your convenience, while central heating ensures warmth throughout your stay. Step outside onto the decking area where outdoor seating awaits, leading to your private hot tub – perfect for unwinding under the stars. Children will love the large shared grass area for playing, and parking is available on-site with a short walk to the pod.

Fantastic stay in this beautiful cabin. The hot tub and facilities were outstanding. I was a solo traveller and this was just perfect to escape city life and relax.

Beautiful place to stay. A very welcoming check in and then just a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. Perfect location for visiting cheddar gorge and getting some great walks in. Loved it, would definitely visit again.

If you're looking for a beautiful spot to unwind, this is your place to go. It is small, but for a few nights it meets the need. Well equipped, very comfortable bed and the hottub was perfection. A few of points: there isn't any internet, wasn't an issue for us, but mindful Holiday Cottages advertise it as having it. The grassed area in front oRead moref the pods isn't enclosed, so if you have a dog that likes to wander, be aware you'll not be able to just let thrm out. You'll need to take towels for the hottub. Had a lovely weekend with my dog in this cosy cabin. Its compact but has everything you could need. Lots of places to visit within driving distance and a lovely pub a 5 minute walk away. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and recommended the local Strawberry line walk which was wonderful and right on the doorstep. I enjoyed using the hot tub to rRead moreelax in at the end of the day, and also used the firepit which was stocked ready with kindling and logs. Well what can I say about this absolute gem. Beautiful location, everything you need and the hot tub was a dream. Stephen was a lovely host and was so friendly and welcoming. We cannot wait to go back and this is definitely our little bolt hole. May even take the horse for a holiday next time.

Beautiful lodge, really clean and well equipped and the hot tub was toasty warm. Lovely firepit in the evening, which was all ready for us. There is some noise from the A road which is very close, but a totally lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pod. Steve was really lovely and gave us advice about local attractions and walks straight from the farm. The location is great for a base to explore Somerset. The horses, rabbits and chickens were a delight to watch directly from the pod. The hot tub was a real added bonus. Would absolutely recommend.

Booked last minute but what a lovely surprised. Facilities were ideal, location was lovely surrounded by farm animals. The host was really friendly and helpful as well with suggestions on dog walks, pubs etc. Wkll definitely be paying a visit again

We had a wonderful week at the pod, surrounded by Beautiful countryside scenery & we met very pleasant people on site & off. We were greeted with a welcoming smile & directed to our accommodation by Danni & informed that if we required anything, we just had to ask. The accommodation was very comfortable & everything we needed was on hand. This holiRead moreday will be remembered for all the right reasons, after our week's holiday we came away totally relaxed & satisfied. We recommend this holiday location to anyone. We feel that we got a great holiday at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be going back as this is a beautiful place to stay, with wonderful people around. The pod is lovely and offers everything you need for a short break. The location is ideal for exploring during the day and of course the hot tub is the go to place in the evening with a glass of wine. Loved the horses in the fields.

Three nights were spent in this idyllic location. Watching bunnies/hens and a pony was a great distraction and there were some lovely walks to be had on the Strawberry Line and surrounding areas. The hot tub was the icing on the cake

Southcroft farm completely satisfied our expectations. We chose this stay to be able to take a break from city life and it was perfect in every way. From our host Steve being very welcoming, the lovely animals right outside the lodges front door, the hot tub, the views, literally everything was spot on. Visited the cabin as a birthday present for my boyfriend and it was absolutely lovely. Very clean inside and a good use of space with a kitchenette equipped with stove top, convection microwave oven, sink, toaster, kettle and fridge. The bed was extremely comfy and the whole place was cosy and warm at all times. The location is perfect with many Read morewalking routes to admire the beautiful views, and it is well located for a trip to cheddar/wooky hole (10 min drive) or western-super-mare (20 mins). There are a few shops around to get food supplies and a number of lovely friendly pubs all within walking distance, some that serve food. Would recommend the lamb inn in Axbridge. The hot tub was an amazing addition, we really enjoyed relaxing in it at night. All round amazing trip and would definitely recommend this place if looking for a peaceful but fun get away. Hide
