Perched on the picturesque Cleddau Estuary in Pembrokeshire, this delightful holiday lodge is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful waterside escape. With fantastic riverfront views and direct access to a cobble beach, it’s an ideal spot for those who love boating and paddling. For evenings when you don't fancy cooking, a popular pub and restaurant is just 400 metres from your front door, offering a convenient dining option.

Accessed via external wooden steps, the lodge opens onto a large, river-facing terrace. Patio doors lead into a bright, open-plan lounge, kitchen, and diner, creating a wonderfully social heart for your group to gather. Relax on the comfortable seating in the light-filled living space, or step outside to dine on the decked terrace while watching boats float by on the waterway. At the rear of the lodge, three charming bedrooms await: a double, a twin, and a bunk bedroom that children will love. A well-appointed family bathroom completes the interior. Guests also have the luxury of gated access directly to the estuary, and private parking for two cars.

Pembrokeshire’s famous sandy beaches are within easy reach, including Barafundle Bay (8.5 miles) and the sun-soaked resort of Tenby (12 miles). For fun-filled family days out, both Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo are just 13 miles away. If you're bringing your own boat, you'll find a perfect mooring spot at Neyland Marina (3 miles), which also provides access to the popular Pembrokeshire cycle path for those keen to explore on two wheels.

Morning Tide is a well equipped chalet, full of light and with lovely views over the estuary. With the locked entrance gate and separate parking area, it feels a safe space for children to play in front of the chalets. The extended stair gate found in the washer room was very useful, thank you. There are so many places to visit within very easy reaRead morech, I dont think we travelled more than half an hour in any direction for a great day out. We all enjoyed the activities at Carew Castle, just a few minutes down the road. Hide

We had a great if soggy week. It was nice to be dry inside and watch the rain sweep up the river. The property is in a lovely spot and easy to find with good links for taking the dogs to the beach and country side.

Need a car as nothing is on the doorstep other than the pub, nearest beach is at least 7-10 miles. Very relaxing location watching life on the river either from inside or outside on veranda, good location for exploring Pembrokeshire which has many lovely beaches.
