We have stayed at a few places in and around Whitstable over the years, but now we've stayed at Beach 221, we won't be staying anywhere else. The property is fantastic. Anything you can think of, has been catered for. The decking out onto the private beach is the icing on the cake. We'll be booking for next year for sure

This is a lovely beach house. I fell in love immediately! Access to the beach from the garden, well appointed kitchen, super comfy bed. My dog appreciated the thoughtfulness in the bowls, blankets , and treat. I have already booked two more holidays here. 5* review for sure!

Fabulous location right on the beach. Peaceful and relaxing watching the sea come in and out with the tides and great sunrise/sunsets while we were there. Lovely walks along coast including to Whitstable. Very comfortable accommodation.

It's a bit quirky particularly the kitchen. But it has everything you need. The walk into Whitstable is lovely. The bus timetables bus stop locations and routes are a bit hard to decipher but Google maps is good. The view out of the patio doors is stunning.

Loved every single minute here . The property is quirky , well furnished and in short, totally amazing . Found myself just staring out at the sea all the time and enjoying the perfect view . Its peaceful and totally brilliant for a stay away from everything and everyone .

Cosy and comfortable house, which is well appointed with beautiful views. Ideally located to walk into Whitstable along the seafront and watch the comings and goings of the tide and vessels about in the sea. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here. The views of the sea, sunsets and sun rising were amazing. Its very quiet and just a half hour walk from Whitstable. If you want to get away from it all this is the place for you. Bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and living area is perfect for just gazing at the sea.

Great location, well equipped beachside cottage. Could watch the ever changing sea & sky views forever & listen to the curlews. . Easy walking into Whitstable.

The view totally takes your breath away ! ...its laid out well inside and the light filled ,open plan space is very lovely to live in. We had an issue with water due to issues with the water board - but the hosts kept in contact throughout. We loved it so much, missed it when we got home and definitely want to go back !

Loved staying here, its a large space and we were comfortable, and its easy to relax and just watch the sea. That view was fantastic. Pubs nearby very good and don't mind dogs at all. Not happy with make do Rod and shelves in Utility cupboard though.

Fabulous location, right on the beach. Wonderful views of Sheppey and sunsets. Made full use of log burner and all kitchen equipment. Very well stocked with all utensils required. Lovely cozy cottage by the sea, thank you.

This beach house has the wow factor in buckets. The location for a start is just amazing, right next to the sea, peaceful and very private. Fantastic Property, situated on the beach within walking distance of Whitstable, the sea at full tide was only 6ft from the edge of the decking, close your eyes and you could be in the Maldives. What a beautiful place, peaceful, my dogs had a lovely time as did myself and my husband.Everything is there for you a home from home!! Loved it so much going back again twice more next year and we cant wait.

Had a wonderful week at Beach 221. The beach house was very comfortable and had everything you needed for a week away. Beach 221 is a beautiful place to stay. It is well maintained and comfortable, the hosts have provided everything to make a stay relaxing and restful. The location is fabulous, we enjoyed the walks up the beach to visit Whitstable. The local pub The Oyster Pearl is only a stones throw away and serves delicious food. 10/10, We would return.

If you want a house with a view and a beach to step down to, this is the place for you. Also, very friendly locals in the local cafe and Oyster Pearl, and the place to heal the soul.
