  • 1 shower room - shower and WC

  • Located on a working farm so dogs must be well behaved and kept on a lead
  • Please note: the access to the pod from the parking area is through 2 fields. The owners will meet you upon arrival and departure to take you in a golf buggy, but you must bring wellington boots and be prepared for field walking.

We had a lovely stay at the retreat. The homemade pastys on arrival were 'ansome. It's a really beautiful location, we spent the time watching the wildlife from the thousands of frogletts leaving the lake to the stream to the brief nightly visit of a kingfisher. It really is a magical place, under the oak tree and next to the stream. The owner was Read morelovely and very accommodating. The only thing we didn't like was leaving! A comfortable and well equipped glamping pod, equipped with all of the essentials, in a beautiful setting for some much needed down time in nature. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and private. The hot tub was excellent to have and to relax in after a day full of exploring- just bring along your own wood, kindling and fire starters as you wRead moreill need this to keep the heat topped up during your stay. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wanted to escape the daily hustle and bustle, to enjoy being in/ reconnecting with nature, and wanting to explore North Cornwall- this will be an excellent base for you! Beautiful location, really lovely cabin. Hot tub was amazing, stunning views, loved the lake and siting on the decking. So peaceful. Slight improvements would make this even better but overall thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again.

We stayed for the weekend and had a fantastic time! The owners were friendly and helpful yet didn't overly hassle you allowing you to feel at ease in your stay. We had full use of the pod which gives you privacy and a secluded feel. The owners were helpful in advising where to go and what to do and recomended some places to eat. A lovely weekend retreat - so peaceful!! Excellent hosts - extremely attentive and kind. The hot tub was preheated for us and it was very relaxing - only sounds were us, wildlife and the stream behind the pod. The fairy lights make it very romantic too! I didn't get any phone signal whilst down by the lake (as is expected) and this was a welcome reRead morespite from hectic everyday life. We took our dog and he was very comfortable. We had the most wonderful time in the Cornwall countryside! If you want to get away from it all and completely relax I can recommend staying here. We loved our weekend away, wonderful, peaceful location and with the lights at night around the hottub just felt magical. Very friendly hosts and yummy pasties

I had such a lovely stay here and would highly recommend this little piece of heaven. Dog friendly and most things were provided for . The hosts were great and always a phone call away to assist. The free cornish pasty was a very welcomed treat!! And the hot tub surpassed my expectations...relaxing to an amazing view with the gentle sound of a babRead morebling brook in the background.
