Lovely lodge for a couple or young family in a unique setting overlooking the pond with beautiful mature trees - foxes, rabbits, squirrels , ducks! Great to be able to walk along the river to Bodium. Good location for train services up to London.

A lovely place and very relaxing..hot tub was great! Cleanliness was good BUT there were so many cobwebs on the ceiling. Glass was also very dirty hugh up so restricted the beautiful views outside. Shame the powere kept cutting out on NYE and that no one bothered to check we were OK. We had a very warm welcome the day we got there which was nice. Found the information recieved about this property very misleading! No barbecue,no welcome pack! On asking the owners about this did not have time to shop for pack, do not allow barbecue, despite this clearly stated on the information provided.
