A plush single-storey property, decorated to a high standard, ideal for a family that wants to make the most of their outdoor space while having access to an impressive array of facilities and activities within the holiday park and nearby. Guests can gain temporary membership access to Haulfryn Leisure Park for their stay (at extra cost). This facility includes three outdoor swimming pools, a fitness suite, a sports hall, a children’s playground, a restaurant and a bar. Guests can also enjoy a treatment at The Warren’s spa (local fees apply). The Warren sits right on the edge of Warren Beach and lies between Llanbedrog and Abersoch, both within 1.5 miles and home to their own stunning beaches. Be sure to visit Abersoch town too, where you will uncover numerous independent cafes, pubs and shops.

Guests will have everything to hand in the chalet’s living area, comprising an open-plan lounge that feeds straight into the kitchen/diner. This area is filled with natural light throughout the day, with easy access to the front and side decking through the patio and bi-fold doors. There are three bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite comprising a shower over the bath and WC, and two twin rooms. A separate shower room on the ground floor comprises a walk-in shower and WC. The property is all on one level, and this, coupled with a ramp leading to the decking and front door, makes for easy access to guests in wheelchairs.

Outside, a decking area on three sides of the property presents guests with ample space to socialise or dine alfresco on furniture with food prepared from the kitchen or BBQ.

This property needs to be better cleaned and some updating done..new carpets as a starter & decking is so slippery its dangerous . Pans plates were dirty on arrival.
