Situated in a secluded hamlet, this property offers guests the best of city living and the coast. The fascinating city of Canterbury, with its large choice of restaurants, historic cathedral and beautiful gardens is 10 miles away, while Hythe, the pretty coastal town, is 9 miles away and is an excellent spot for sailing, paddleboarding, fishing or just taking it easy on the beach. Situated on the edge of the North Downs Way, guests can enjoy plenty of walking and cycling routes. Stelling Minnis shop and pub are under 2 miles away.

Prepare to be impressed by the interior of this single-storey barn. The hallway, with a composite bamboo floor, leads through to all the rooms, including the stunning open-plan living, dining and kitchen area – filled with light thanks to the panoramic, oval picture window and French doors to the patio that offer uninterrupted countryside views. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and include a king-size and two twins, and the bathroom is spacious and appealing. The curved walls of this barn give the whole property a welcoming cosy feel.

Outside the barn, guests can relax on the private patio with garden furniture, taking in the fresh air and uninterrupted views of the Kent countryside. A gas BBQ is available upon request.
