Set on the banks of the River Lynher sits this attractive two-bedroom lodge. Surrounded by woodland and located within a tranquil holiday park it’s a good choice for a family looking for relaxation and excellent on-site facilities. Whitsand Bay, 5 miles from the property, is a vast stretch of sand and is a great place for dog walking. Alternatively, jump on the South West Coast Path and enjoy a scenic 5-mile walk to Cawsand. For shops and restaurants, journey 12 miles to the pretty fishing village of Looe. In Looe, try your hand at crabbing from the quayside or hop on a boat and explore Looe Island. Thrill-seekers will also love the zip wires, clifftop swings, and go-karting at Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles).

The open-plan living area is a cheerful and inviting space with whitewashed walls, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Homely touches include artwork on the walls, ambient lighting and an open fireplace. After a day of activity, whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen then serve it at the table seating four people. Savour a hearty meal, then relax on the comfortable sofas in the lounge and watch a film on the TV. On warm evenings you’ll want to open the patio doors and let the Cornish air breeze. When it’s time for bed, choose between a light and airy king-size bedroom and a lovely twin bedroom. Both the rooms are a good size, are pleasantly furnished, and feature ample storage space. They also share a neat bathroom.

Outside, enjoy meals at the patio table, whilst relaxing after a busy day exploring. Children can also play fetch with Fido on the shared lawn, swim in the heated pool (May to September), or try their hand at tennis. The lodge offers private parking for one car and further parking in a shared private car park.

Lovely location and facilities with the pool and outside games area. Really peaceful too, we really enjoyed our stay!
