This was a last minute booking and we couldn't believe our luck. Beautiful location, gorgeous hut with everything you need, good shower, comfy bed, good cooking facilities. Enclosed spacious garden area that was perfect for the dog. Really lovely helpful owners next door. 7 miles from the very pretty Ross on Wye

A stunning Shepherd's Hut in an even more stunning location. Yes, the nearby areas of Ross on Wye, Hay on Wye and Symons Yat etc. are all wonderful to visit, but we both felt we could just as easily have spent all our time sat outside the Hut, simply absorbing the total peace, tranquility and magic of the lush greenery everywhere we looked. Perfect location! Quiet and peaceful. Perfectly clean bed sheets and towels that smelled very nice and freshly washed. Everything in the hut was clean and nicely arranged. Highly recommended!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Loxley sheppards hut. The enclosed area around the hut was fantastic for our dog and a great place to sit out and enjoy the fabulous view or round the fire pit in the evening. Lovely stay in the Shephards hut. Very clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings. The view is beautiful and the setting very peaceful. We would thoroughly recommend.
