The ground floor includes a bunk room and king-size bedroom which has access to a covered courtyard area with seating. An easy set of stairs leads up to the open-plan and spacious living area which boasts some wonderful waterside and fairway views. The relaxing lounge area has two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, and two armchairs placed in front of the large windows to relax in and take in the views over the lake and golfing green beyond. There is a dining area with an elegant glass table. The beautifully-appointed kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and American-style fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser. Completing the top floor is a WC. There is a separate utility room on the ground floor which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
